GET AN EE PAC CODE

If you want to leave us, but keep your number and take it to a different network, you’ll need a PAC code. If you use your PAC code, any remaining credit and allowances will be lost.

How to request a PAC

• you can request your PAC from Customer Services by calling 150 from your EE mobile
• 07953 966 250 from any other phone or +447953 966 250 from abroad (charges may apply)
• we'll give you your code over the phone and also send it via SMS, with full details of when it expires

Things to know about your PAC code

• your PAC code is valid for 30 days only
• we recommend you use your PAC code within 26 days to prevent any delays caused by bank holidays and weekends
• if you don't use the PAC code, your account will remain open and you'll continue to be charged for services
  
• if you decide you don’t want to use your PAC code but would still like to cancel your contract, let us know before your PAC code expires

Costs and charges

• a PAC code is issued free of charge
• there may be cancellation charges on your final bill if you cancel your contract within your minimum contract term (Early Termination Charge) or a Notice Period Charge related to your notice period. More information on cancellation charges >

Transferring your number

Your new provider should be able to transfer your number the next working day, but there's no porting at weekends or on English Bank Holidays
