EE UPGRADES - CAN I UPGRADE MY PHONE?
Yes, you can. There are two ways for you to get your hands on the latest handsets.

Upgrading with no fee
Less than 90 days to go until your contract ends? Then you can upgrade to a new phone and plan. Not only that, you can also move to a SIM only plan if you don’t need a new phone. The only thing you need to do is make sure you’ve got no outstanding debts on your account.
To check how long you’ve got left on your contract, just text UP to 150 from your device, or:
- Login to your My EE account
- Select Upgrades from the Main Menu
- You’ll see your contract start and end dates, and if an upgrade is due
- If you’ve got multiple mobile numbers on your account, check each numbers eligibility by selecting it from the drop-down option
If you’re not eligible for a free upgrade, don’t worry – you’ve got the option to pay off your remaining plan and upgrade early.
14-day cancellation period
If you decide to, you can cancel your early upgrade by telling us within 14 days, unless you have chosen to recycle your old phone with Recycle and Reward.
