How do I get Microsoft 365 Personal on EE Business?
Microsoft 365 Personal is an Inclusive Extra available on Smart plans and Full Works plans for phones, SIM only and connected devices.
First choose an EE Business plan which offers Inclusive Extras. You can then select Microsoft 365 Personal as an Inclusive Extra option.
Select your Inclusive Extra by texting PICK to 150.
How do I activate Microsoft 365 Personal after I’ve selected it?
We’ll text you a Microsoft 365 Personal activation link.
Make sure you use the link within seven days to activate your Microsoft 365 Personal Inclusive Extra.

What’s the minimum time I can keep my Microsoft 365 Personal Inclusive Extra?
You can change your Inclusive Extras every 30 days. If you decide you no longer want Microsoft 365 Personal, you can remove it after 30 days.
What happens if I already have Microsoft 365 Personal?
If you’ve paid for a 12 month subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal, any time you have remaining after you’ve removed your Microsoft 365 Personal Inclusive Extra will still be there for you to use
If you already pay monthly, those payments to Microsoft will stop.
