What is SIM only?

With SIM only plans you provide the device we provide the network. That means you get all the benefits from being an EE customer but pay less than you would for a standard plan. Plus our  12 months phone  plans include  EU roaming

What do I need to switch to an EE SIM only plan?

All you need is your phone or tablet – we’ll do the rest. Our superfast SIM are designed to fit any device, just pop out the size to fit yours.

How do I keep my number if I move to another tariff or plan?

If you’re an existing Orange, T-Mobile or EE customer, you’ll just need to insert your SIM into your phone and you’re good to go.

If you’re moving to EE from another network, don’t worry – there’s a simple process all network providers follow to make things easy for everyone.

Call your old network to say you’re leaving and they’ll give you a special code called a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) that you’ll need to give us when you receive your new EE SIM through the post or in store

Am I able to upgrade my handset?

If you're on a pay monthly SIM plan, you can upgrade to a handset plan after 4 months.

How long will it take for my SIM to arrive?

Once you’ve placed your order we’ll deliver your SIM directly to you by second class mail.

The monthly price shown will be increased every year from March by an amount equal to the increase in the Retail Price Index. Annual price increase based on the full price of your plan and/or additional commitment service. Please note the cost of additional services you take from us may increase or decrease while you’re an EE customer.

These promotional plans are only available to new and eligible upgrading customers entering into a contract online, over the phone or in a participating retail store. The £12.50 Web Offer plan is available  for new connections only.  Offers not available with any other discount or promotion, including our Friends & Family discount. Access to BT Sport app is included in the 10GB and 20GB plans. To use the app customers you need a compatible smartphone containing an EE SIM.
