After you’ve been with for us for a year, we offer you a free annual check up for your device to ensure it's operating at maximum capacity. We’ll also review your account at the same time to make sure you’re getting the best value for your usage.

How do I know when my annual device & account MOT is due?

We’ll send you a text message reminder that your device is due for a check up on your 12-month contract anniversary. You’ll be invited to book an in-store visit for your service appointment.

How does the MOT happen?

When you attend the service appointment you’ve booked in-store, we’ll ask you to download an app to your device. We’ll then connect your device to our systems to ensure that it’s operating at its optimum capacity. Once the system checks are complete, we’ll provide you with a written report that confirms what, if any, action needs to be taken with your device — just like a car MOT.

We’ll also review your account to ensure you’re getting the best value for your usage.

If changes need to be made to the account, only the Account Holder will be able to make them.

How much does it cost and what does it include?

It's free of charge, and along with a device diagnostic check and an account review we’ll even give your device a clean and polish so that it’s in tip top condition.
