How do I check or change my address?

Have you moved to new premises, or do you need to check the details we have on your account? It’s quick and easy to change or update any of your details in My EE.

You’ve two types of address on your account:

Postal Address - The address your account is registered to and that’s used for credit reference purposes.

Billing Address - The address printed on your bill. Paper bills, and any other written communications from us are sent here.

It might be the same address for both or different for each one depending on your circumstances.


Manage your address using My EE  

To check or change your address using My EE you’ll need an online account first. Don’t have one? Register for My EE now

Already got one? Here’s what to do:

  1. Login to My EE and go to Account Settings
  2. Select Your Address to see your current address details
  3. Select Change to edit either your Billing Address or Postal Address
  4. Enter the new address and click Save to confirm your changes
