These additional terms and conditions may apply to business customers as identified in their agreement with EE Limited or BT (where indicated).

This document contains additional information relating to the Services provided by EE to business customers (a business who has greater than 50 employees) or who have signed an “EE Business Agreement” with EE Limited from 30 October 2012. Such additional information will be incorporated into your agreement where you have made a request for this information in accordance with Ofcom General Condition C1.2. If you are an EE small business customer (a business who has less than 50 employees) or have agreed to an EE “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, online or over the phone with EE Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards then Additional Information in accordance with Ofcom General Condition C1.2 will be incorporated into your EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business.

Pay Monthly terms for Small Business Customers
These terms and conditions apply to EE small business customers who have agreed to an EE “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, online or over the phone with EE Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 1 September 2020 onwards, or before 1 September 2020 if their contract ended before 1 April 2022. These terms and conditions do not apply to BT business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract.

This Price Guide applies to all EE small business customers who: (a) have less than 50 employees at time of contract; and/or (b) have contracted with EE Limited using the EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business or the Business Broadband and Landline Terms and Conditions for Small Business. These terms and conditions do not apply to BT business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract.

Under these terms and conditions the Insurer provides insurance for customer devices and EE provides the warranty.

These terms and conditions apply to new EE business customers who have signed an “EE Business Agreement” with EE Limited from 8 January 2021 onward. They may also apply to business customers who have agreed to terms with an authorised third party agent of EE. They do not apply to BT business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract. Business customers who signed an EE Business Agreement before 17th November 2020 or a “Business Agreement” with Orange after 3 October 2011 will find their network terms in the Legacy Terms tab of this web page.

This Price Guide applies to all EE business customers who: (a) have more than 50 employees at time of contract; and/or (b) have contracted with, or had the benefit of their contract assigned to, EE Limited using one of the following types of contract: EE Business Agreement, Business Agreement, Orange Business Services Master Agreement, Orange Business Services Customer Agreement or Orange Business Agreement. This Price Guide also applies to all BT business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract. The EE Price Guide for Large Business was previously named the "Orange Business Price Guide".
Any changes to the Price Guide take effect from the date of publication. Details of Service Plans and Service Plan Add-Ons which are no longer available to new customers can be found in the relevant Legacy Price Guide found in the Legacy Terms tab of this web page.
Solution terms
Our Solution Terms apply to EE business customers who have ordered a Solution from EE Limited under an EE Business Agreement.
These terms do not apply to T-Mobile customers or BT Business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract.
