Important information about purchases made on our site

By selecting a Service Plan above, you are expressing your interest in placing an order with EE. You will receive an email confirming the plan in which you have expressed an interest, and a member of our sales team will review your request, and conduct a business credit-check.

We will contact you to discuss the Services and Equipment (if applicable) which you are interested in. We’ll call you on the number you have provided to discuss your order. No price or other information on our site is binding on us until we have accepted your order.

If this is a pre-order or your chosen Equipment is out of stock, we will aim to send your Equipment to you within 30 days of the launch date, or (if it was out of stock) within 30 days of your order. Sometimes this isn’t possible. If so, we will let you know and if you are unhappy to wait more than 30 days, you can cancel your order.

If you change your mind, you may cancel the Service and return any Equipment to us within 14 days from the date that your contract starts. You will still have to pay for any use that you have made of the Services during this time, and the Equipment must not be damaged when you return it to us.

The monthly price shown, add-ons and all out of bundle charges will increase on or after 31st March every year by the Consumer Price Index rate of inflation published in January that year, plus 3.9%. See price changes for details. Please note the cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you’re an EE customer.

Business Paired 4GB Data Plan: The Business Apple Watch Plan with Fitness+ available from 31^st August 2022 to new and existing Small Business Customers on a Pay Monthly or SIM Only plan with a compatible device shares all voice minutes and texts from the Pay Monthly or SIM Only plan, and also includes 4GB of data that can be used independently from the Pay Monthly or SIM Only plan.

Business Paired Plan:  Subject to credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Upfront cost may apply depending on model. Smart Watch Plans are only available as a second line to new and existing Small Business Customers on a Pay Monthly or SIM only phone plan. If you cancel your phone plan you will no longer be able to use data or receive/make calls and texts on your Smart Watch. If you cancel your Smart Watch plan within the minimum period, a cancellation charge will apply. Smart Watch must be paired to a compatible handset on the EE network to use data and receive/make calls and texts in the UK on your Smart Watch using the allowance from your phone plan. While your Smart Watch is in proximity to your phone connected via Bluetooth, your Smart Watch will use the data allowance from your phone plan. 4G coverage required. Data is UK use only. Can you use any Apple watch with any iPhone?

The Apple Watch requires an iPhone 5s or newer in order to go through the set up process, and an Apple Watch equipped with 4G connectivity will require at least an iPhone 6. Unfortunately, the Watch app is not available for the iPad, so you will definitely need an iPhone in order to properly use the Apple Watch.

Do I need to insert an e-sim

No. The Apple Watch has a built in eSim, which can’t be removed. Once you’ve set up your eSim, you’ll be good to go.

Does Apple watch charge extra EE?

Yes, the cost of your Apple Watch  (GPS + 4G) will show as an additional line on your EE bill

Will my Apple Watch use my data?

Apple Watch can connect to cellular. With a cellular connection, you can make calls and use data or apps when you don't have your iPhone or Wi-Fi.

To connect your Apple Watch, you’ll need an EE Business Pay Monthly phone plan with a device running iOS 17 or newer.

Use your watch for work and play

Share your data, minutes and texts from your EE Business Pay Monthly phone plan with Apple Watch – even when your iPhone is out of range.

• Apple Watch Ultra 2, Series 9, SE, or newer are compatible with an iPhone XS or newer and you’ll need to run iOS 17 or later.
• Apple Watch Series 8 is compatible with an iPhone 8 or later and you’ll need to run iOS 16 or later.

Network coverage

Apple Watch must be paired to an iPhone on the EE network.

If it isn’t, you won’t be able to use data or receive/make calls and texts on your Apple Watch, as your Apple Watch won’t work on any other network.

Data allowance

All our business plans now have a 10GB data allowance and share minutes and texts from your phone, so you can use all your favourite business apps when you’re out and about – even when you don’t have your iPhone.

If you want to add your Apple Watch to the same EE account as your iPhone, confirm you are the lead name on the account then choose the relevant plan above.

Or you can choose to have separate Apple watch and iPhone pay monthly plans – giving your Apple Watch it’s very own number, minutes, texts and data allowance.

Get six months of Apple Fitness+ to track all your fitness and workout goals. Enjoy 11 workout types as well as guided meditation. Stay motivated with real time metrics, like your heart rate, onscreen. New workouts, up to 45 minutes long, are added every week.

After 6 months you’ll be charged £9.99 a month by Apple.
