FAQs

BT Tap to Pay is currently available to EE or BT Business customers. All you’ll need is an EE or BT login and an iPhone XS or later to use the BT Tap to Pay app.

All transactions made using BT Tap to Pay on iPhone are encrypted and processed using the Secure Element and, as with Apple Pay, Apple doesn’t know what’s being purchased or who is buying it.

The BT Tap to Pay app is free to download with no upfront costs or monthly fees. There will be a 1.4% fee on every transaction you take through BT Tap to Pay.
