This Privacy Policy also applies to all BT business customers who have taken EE mobile on a BT contract.

These data protection terms and conditions apply to existing (pre-25th May 2018) EE business customers who are on standard terms, or who have otherwise been notified that they apply to their agreement. They do not apply to EE small business customers on an EE “business service/upgrade agreement”. New customers (post-25th May 2018) should have GDPR terms contained within their terms and conditions.
