If you have a limited company and both the company registration number and name have been changed, please refer to the Transfer ownership to another business drop-down section.

You can assign two main contacts to your EE Small Business account. They’ve full account access including authority to cancel contracts and buy additional contracts and products.
If you want to change the main contacts, we’ll need the following information. It’s a good idea to copy the information below into your email to make sure you’ve included everything.

We need your contact details just in case we have to get in touch with you about this request. A confirmation email will be sent to this email address, when the account has been updated.
We’ll confirm the details of your request by email within 5-7 working days of receipt of it.
If you’ve changed your name through marriage, divorce or deed poll, we’ll need a covering letter and a copy of one of these documents:
