Mobile Manager updates for September 2026
Here are the latest updates to Mobile Manager, including:
- New controls for editing spend and data caps
- A new dashboard experience replacing Overview
- Clearer integration of structure selection and search
- Improved reminders for inactive logins
- Multiple bug fixes and usability improvements

Edit spend and data caps
You can now edit spend and data caps directly in Mobile Manager. Update up to 10 phones at once, change or remove existing caps and add compatible additional caps where available.
Some spend caps aren’t compatible with each other, and the options available to you depend on your contract and access permissions. Mobile Manager will only show compatible options. You can review your changes before submitting them and see when they’ll take effect.
Top-level administrators can edit spend caps by default. An administrator must enable the Edit spend caps permission for other users. Administrators can manage this permission from Admin > Users.

Explore a new dashboard experience
We’ve replaced the Overview area with Dashboards, creating a more flexible way to access and organise your billing and usage information.
You’ll now find the previous billed and unbilled Overview screens as dashboard templates. Choose from Billed summary, Unbilled summary or Billed and unbilled summary, which brings both sets of information together in one view.
If you use Alerts, you can now find them at the bottom of the Unbilled summary or Billed and unbilled summary dashboard templates.
You can choose which dashboard template to view and set your preferred one as the default, so it opens automatically when you go to Dashboards.
We’ve designed the new dashboard area to support more flexible dashboards that you’ll be able to tailor and save in future.

Find structure and search controls more easily
We’ve integrated structure selection and search controls more clearly into relevant pages, rather than keeping them separate in the top navigation.
This keeps the controls closer to the billing and usage information they apply to.

Reminders about Mobile Manager logins
We’ve improved the reminders sent to users who haven’t logged in to Mobile Manager for 12 months.
We’ll email you with a date to sign in by to keep your login active. If you don’t sign in by this date, we’ll disable your login and you’ll stop receiving scheduled reports or invoices sent by email.
