Mobile Manager updates for May 2026
Here are the latest updates to Mobile Manager, with improvements to:
- SIM replacements
- Spend and data caps
- Unbilled usage reporting
Please note, these updates are available to top-level administrators on Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans.
Replace SIMs and eSIMs in one go
You can now replace SIMs and eSIMs in a single journey, making it quicker to manage multiple numbers in one visit.
Select one or more numbers, choose from our best-in-industry eSIM options or a physical SIM, and complete everything in one seamless flow.
eSIMs can be distributed as part of the same flow, or later if needed.

View spend and data caps
You can now view spend and data caps for each phone.
Go to the Services section, choose a phone, select ‘View’, then open the ‘Spend caps’ tab to see the cap type and limit.
We’re working on adding the ability to edit spend and data caps in your account. In the meantime, you can make changes by contacting your Mobile Manager support team.

Faster unbilled usage reports
Unbilled usage reports will be updated to group data into daily summaries instead of individual records, making files smaller, quicker to download, and easier to work with. This change will be rolled out over the coming weeks.
It will improve performance for larger exports and help you process and analyse usage data more efficiently.
