Do all carriers support RCS business messaging?
Some networks do not support RCS business messaging, and this is outside our control. In those cases, the message will be sent as an SMS instead. It will still include both Apple and Android links, but the validity period will revert to 48 hours, and delivery will be via SMS only. As the message is going to another network, we cannot guarantee their support for RCS business messaging.
What is RCS?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging is an upgrade to SMS that delivers secure, branded, and interactive messages—offering features like verified sender identity, extended validity, and rich media content for a more trusted and engaging customer experience.
