How do I select Apple Arcade as an Inclusive Extra?

To select Apple Arcade as your Inclusive Extra on an eligible All Rounder plan, you can text PICK to 150 or follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to My EE or use the EE app.
  2. Go to Menu > Plans, Inclusive Extras & add-ons.
  3. Select Inclusive Extras and follow the steps to select the pass.

How do I set up Apple Arcade?

After picking Apple Arcade as your Inclusive Extra you’ll receive a text from us with an activation code included. Click the link to sign up directly with Apple.

I haven't received my activation text, what should I do?

Make sure you’ve selected Apple Arcade as an Inclusive Extra in My EE, then text ARCADE to 150 to activate the benefit.

What happens if I select Apple Arcade as an Inclusive Extra when I'm currently paying for it?

You’ll need to cancel your existing subscription before you choose it as an Inclusive Extra. When you get confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled, you can choose it as an Inclusive Extra.

Do I need to sign a contract for Apple Arcade?

No, there’s no contract to sign for Apple Arcade. And no additional charges either.

How do I cancel Apple Arcade as an Inclusive Extra?
