Welcome to EE Business. We hope you enjoy your new product.

Your new EE SIM is already activated so all you need to do is insert it into your device and you’re ready to go.

We like to keep things simple, so any new products will be added to your existing EE account. Any information we send you about your account, including bills, will include new products as well as any other(s) already on your account.

You can check what’s included in your plan, and how much it costs, at any time using your EE account. Click the link below if you want to check this now.

If your plan is discontinued, including promotional plans, the discount will not be shown here. However, you can view on your bill when it’s ready.

Transfer your number

How to switch your existing phone number to your new EE SIM.

All you need is the PAC from your old provider. You can get this by texting PAC to 65075. They’ll reply with your PAC. Simply give your PAC to us and we’ll arrange for your old number to be cancelled with your old provider and transfer it to your new EE SIM.

Not only is it simple, but it’s also quick! We can switch your number over on the next working day if you submit your PAC by 17:30 Monday - Friday. After 17:30, at the weekends or on a bank holiday it takes an extra working day to transfer. We’ll always text you when it’s complete.
