eSIM SUBSCRIPTION TRANSFER
What is eSIM subscription transfer?
Subscription transfer is for existing EE SIM customers and allows for the easy transfer of your eSIM from your old phone to your new phone.
When you’re setting up your new phone, just place your old phone next to it to initiate device set up and follow the simple steps.
When you’re prompted to add a data plan, just click transfer data plan and follow the instructions to move your eSIM over to your new device. It couldn’t be easier.
What is the difference between seamless download and subscription transfer?
Seamless download is for those who are new to EE and who are getting their first ever device and opting for eSIM. Subscription transfer is for upgrading customers.
