EE BUSINESS PAY MONTHLY ADD-ONS

Add-ons are additional bundles of things like minutes, messages, data or services that you can buy.

You’ll see the add-ons on your bill and they frequently give you better value compared to standard rates. Add-ons can be a one-off payment or spread over the length of your contract.

What type of add-ons can I buy?

These are the add-ons we’ve got for you:

• Roaming Passports
  
• Calling abroad
• Security

The easiest way to see all of the available add-ons is to log in to My EE:

1. Login to My EE
2. Go to Add-ons & Benefits
3. In Device, select the number you’d like to view the add-ons for
4. Go to Get more add-ons to see the available add-ons

How do I buy add-ons?

It’s easy to buy an add-on through My EE. When you’ve bought an add-on we’ll start your allowance immediately.

Buy add-ons using the EE app

1. Select Plan & add-ons from the main menu and select the Add-ons tab
2. Select Get more add-ons and choose the add-ons you want to buy
3. Select Get Add-on and then Confirm to buy 

Buy add-ons using the My EE website

1.  Login to My EE 
2. Go to Add-ons & Benefits 
3. In Device, select the number you’d like to view the add-ons for
4. Go to Get more add-ons to see the available add-ons
5. Select Add to choose the add-on you want
6. Select Yes, add this add-on to agree

How do I manage my active add-ons?

You can check your active add-ons using My EE. Most of our add-ons stay active, until you choose to remove them.

Remove add-ons using the EE app

1. Select Plan & add-ons from the main menu and select the Add-ons tab
2. Select See your add-ons
3. Choose the add-on you no longer want and select Remove this add-on

Remove add-ons using the My EE website

1. Login to My EE 
2. Go to Add-ons & Benefits 
3. Select Currently active add-ons
4. Choose the add-on you no longer want and select Remove this add-on
