WHAT THE 2025 PRICE CHANGES MEAN FOR YOU

What is happening in the 2025 Price Change?

We’re increasing the monthly charge for your price plan from 31 March 2025. The level of increase will depend on your price plan and will be as set out in your terms and conditions you agreed to when you joined EE, or when you last upgraded.

Price Plans:

For business price plans purchased before 2 September 2024, the monthly price of your plan(s) will increase by 6.4%. This price increase is calculated using the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, which is at 2.5% as published by The Office for National Statistics on 15 January 2025. We then add an additional 3.9%.

For business price plans purchased between 2 September 2024 and 18 November 2024, the monthly price of your plan will increase by £3 (ex VAT)

For business price plans purchased after 18 November 2024, the monthly price of your plan(s) will increase by £3 (ex VAT) for handset plans and by £1.50 (ex VAT) for SIM only plans, mobile broadband, connected device plans, router and watch plans

Add ons and Out of Bundles

The price of selected add-ons and out of bundle charges will also increase on 31 March by 5%

Why do you increase prices?

Price rises are never popular, but are sometimes a necessary part of business, if we’re to keep up with the rising costs we face and ensure we can continue to deliver a brilliant network experience as customers usage of data grows month on month. 

As the UK continues to embrace digital technologies, the demand for the connectivity & services that we provide is always rising. In order to maintain the quality of our network for our customers we are continually investing in it, which is a very capital-intensive activity.

While we recognise that no one likes to see their prices go up, we want to continue to improve our network, products and services for our customers and simplify our packages.
