Mobile Manager changes for October 2024
Mobile Manager has been through some updates to make it easier to use and navigate. We've used your feedback and our research to improve the features available to you.
Favourites in the Shop
You can now add products to your ‘Favourites’ in the Shop. This means you can easily select and look through the products you like best by using the ‘Star’ icon beside a product and using the ‘Favourites’ button in the top left-hand corner of the Shop.

SIM details and Network services
You can view and move between your ‘SIM details’ and ‘Service features’ when you’re either in the ‘Reports’ section or the ‘Admin’ section.

Full bar in Network Services
You can’t select ‘Full bar’ and other services at the same time. Once ‘Full bar’ is selected, other services will be unavailable. This is to ensure changes don't fail as a ‘Full bar’ will overrule any other changes.
Customer defined hierarchy in the Downloads section
In the Downloads section of Mobile Manager, ‘Long phone summary’ and ‘Short phone summary’ reports will have the option to include your customer defined hierarchy. You will need to select this option as it isn’t default.

Consolidated Invoices
If you are on one of our new plans and have opted to receive only one monthly equipment invoice, your PDF and XLS downloads can now be found in ‘Billed overview’ in the ‘Equipment invoice’ section.
Roaming country for Unbilled
You can now view ‘Roaming country’ in the Unbilled section of Mobile Manager.
