Mobile Manager changes for July 2024
Mobile Manager has been through some updates to make it easier to use and navigate. We've used your feedback and our research to improve the features available to you.
Reporting layout
In the Reports section, you'll now see your reports under different tabs instead of in a list. You'll be able to find your familiar reports within the same sections.

New shop layout
If you have access to the shop in Mobile Manager, ordering a phone will look a little different.
When you order a device with a new connection, you will receive a SIM as usual. For any other ways of ordering, devices will be sent without SIM cards. If you want to order a SIM or multiple SIMs, you still have the option to do this, by selecting the amount of SIMs you want in addition to your devices.
The SIMs will also show as separate ordered items in your order history.
Usernames with orders
When placing an order, usernames are now optional for processing device only or upgrade orders, making processing easier and quicker, you can still choose to select a number or username from your account if you wish.
Usernames are still required for ordering new connections (with a new mobile number) to ensure we label them correctly for your airtime invoices.
Roaming zones in billed usage
We've now added the source country into the roaming reports as default in your billed section. This means you can now see the source country without having to customise the report in the 'more options' section.
