Network Boost – giving you mobile network priority

EE provides the UK’s best mobile network for a record-breaking eleventh consecutive year, following independent testing and analysis of the consumer mobile experience by RootMetrics®.

But sometimes our mobile network is very busy and usage is higher than the network availability.

Network Boost allows our mobile customers to gain network priority when our network’s congested.

Do I have Network Boost?

If you have an unlimited plan with EE Business, then Network Boost is automatically included. Please note:

  • This only applies if you purchased an EE Business contract after January 2023.
  • If you purchased before this date, you’ll need to re-sign or upgrade to access this feature. Check out our latest offers if you’re wanting to re-sign or upgrade.

How do I know that I’ve been boosted?

The boost is automatically applied when our network’s busy. But good news – you do not need to do anything or check anything. You’ll just know that you’re getting network priority when the network is busy.
