Mobile Manager changes for October 2025

Mobile Manager has been through some changes to improve some platform functionality. We’ve also introduced a range of new features including the ability to manage services and edit phone labels for phone numbers that haven’t been billed yet.


Manage services and edit phone labels for unbilled phone numbers

If you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans you can now manage services and edit phone labels for phone numbers that haven’t been billed. Admins can view, search and manage unbilled phone numbers like they can billed numbers, ensuring changes are logged appropriately.

Deploy to Device (DTD)

We’ve made some improvements to the new eSIM Deploy to Device (DTD) functionality to make deploying your eSIMs smoother and quicker after feedback from customers. If you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans you can install eSIMs to your devices via DTD push or Mobile Device Management (MDM) installation using the device's EID number, as well as using the QR code method. Currency converter

If your business makes or receives payments in different currencies, you can use our new currency converter to change the displayed currency in Mobile Manager. You’ll find this under Manage Settings in the Admin section. 

To add a currency just enter a currency symbol, the name and the exchange rate and then click Create.

It'll appear as a dropdown alternative on the Billed Overview page and Billed Reports and will work sitewide if selected, including the Unbilled section.

If the exchange rate increases or decreases you can easily change this by clicking Edit from your list or remove it entirely if it’s no longer required.
