Mobile Manager changes for March 2026

We’ve introduced a range of new features and updates to improve Mobile Manager. You can now:

  • View archived data in the downloads section
  • Set data units for downloads
  • Use the new and improved mobile view
  • Easily view reports in the unbilled overview section
  • Buy drone SIMs in the Shop


Archive data available in downloads

Starting from February 2026, you’ll start to see an archive of your call itemisation data. This archive will build up over time and will eventually hold up to 24 months of historical reports.

You can access these reports in the ‘Archive’ tab in the ‘Downloads’ section. 

Each month’s data is in two reports. One is for all call items excluding mobile data. The other only includes your mobile data usage. 

Your existing reports in the reporting section tab remain unchanged. These will continue to provide 3 months of itemised call reports and 1 year of summary reports. The new archive section simply gives you a longer-term view, making it easier to access older call records.

Please note that this is only available if you are a top-level administrator on the Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans.

Set a data unit for report downloads

When you save reports with individual data volumes, such as the phone summary or call itemisation report, you can now choose a data unit to view it in.

This allows you to view the data volume used by your phones in one consistent data unit (Bytes, KB, MB, GB or TB).

When you select ‘Save’, you now have the option to choose a data unit before downloading.

Mobile Manager’s new mobile view

We’ve introduced a new and improved mobile view to make it easier for you to use Mobile Manager on the go. 

When you log in with a mobile, you’ll see a cleaner, simpler version of the homepage. It also has a clear billing overview, giving you quick access to the information you need while away from your desk.

The desktop features are still the same. For full functionality, including self service tools, reporting, and administrative actions, you’ll still need to use the desktop version. 

You’re in control. Use the menu at the bottom of the page to switch between mobile and desktop views.


Clickable links to unbilled reports

You can now click on the sections in your unbilled overview to view your reports. 

This means you can easily access unbilled reports for your usage, phones, calls, events, and data.

Drone SIMs now available in the Shop

If you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans, you can now buy SIMs for drones in the Shop.  

When you buy a drone SIM, you will add a new monthly subscription to your account. The fee and contract length is determined by the plan you select. If you receive discounts as part of your agreement they will be applied after you place the order.
