Mobile Manager changes for June 2025
Mobile Manager has been through some updates to make it easier to use. We’ve introduced a range of new features including a new simplified eSIM setup, customisable reports, focused notifications, streamlined shopping, improved security, better file management, and consistent billing visibility.
Improved customisation
If you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom, or Individual plans, you can now select more items to include in the view within the customise report menu in the SIM function (Services). This includes Active/Last Known EID. To do this, configure the view, enter a new name for the report and click Save.

eSIM notifications
Notifications for eSIM requests have changed. They’ll now only go to the administrator who initially submitted the request, rather than all administrators within the organisation.
New shop checkout
We've made shopping simpler by adding a new staged checkout process that shows where you are in the order journey. If you need access to ordering, please speak to your top-level admin or customer services team.

Reset your password via email
To improve security, password resets will now be sent to your linked email address rather than being reset on screen.
Scheduled reports and data downloads naming convention
We’ve taken your feedback on board and made changes to the naming convention for scheduled reports and data downloads, making it easier to identify them, especially when downloading multiple files.
- Scheduled reports
- Currently: [company name]_[report id]_[timestamp].csv
- New: [company name]_[report name]_[report id]_[timestamp].csv
- Example: DEMOCUSTOMER_Calldestination_202406_20250522120425.csv
- Data downloads
- Currently: [company name]_[report id]_[timestamp].zip
- New: [company name]_[download name]_[billing period].zip
- Example: DEMOCUSTOMER_SHORT_PHONE_SUMMARY_202406.ZIP
- The file inside the zip will remain unchanged: [company name]_[report id]_[timestamp].csv
- Example: DEMOCUSTOMER_181_20250522120021.csv
Empty bill cycle
When bill cycles have not been fully received or are partially loaded, the self-service network services area will automatically default to ‘All bills’. This means that you can see all of your phone numbers while we wait for the complete data.
