DELIVERY OF YOUR EE BUSINESS ORDER
All EE online orders, or orders placed on your behalf in a retail store for phones, tablets and mobile WiFi devices, are delivered free to your home or an EE store of your choice.
How our delivery service works
If your product is in stock, we’ll despatch it as soon as we’ve processed your order and send you a text to let you know when you’ll receive it.
If your product is out of stock, we’ll contact you to let you know when you’re likely to receive it. When your order is despatched, we’ll send you a text to let you know when you’ll receive it. If you have ordered more than one product, these will be delivered separately.
If you ordered a SIM only package, it will be delivered directly to you by second class mail.Once you've received your delivery text, you now have the option of having your order sent to one of more than 2,000 stores in secure locations across the UK.
You'll need to provide proof of ID at the point of pickup but only a valid driving licence and passport will be accepted.
Deliveries to an alternative address
If you’ve chosen to use the Follow My Parcel service for an online order delivered to your home, or to an alternative address, we'll give you updates regarding you regarding your delivery, so please ensure you enter your correct mobile phone number when you check out.
DPD, our delivery company, will send you a text the day before your order arrives to confirm delivery details.
The text will confirm:
- the day of delivery
- a link to the DPD website to track your parcel progress
- an option to rearrange the delivery date if inconvenient
On the morning of delivery, DPD will send another text to confirm:
- the one hour scheduled delivery time, (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24)
- the name of the DPD driver
- a link to the DPD website to track your parcel’s progress
- an option to rearrange your delivery if required.
If you’re not home when we try to deliver
If you’re not there when DPD try to deliver, they'll try again the next day.
If no one's available on this second visit and there's a contact number on the delivery, DPD will deliver the parcel to the nearest DPD pick up shop and send you a notification to advise. It's then held at the shop for 5 days before being returned to EE.
If there's no contact number then, after this second attempt, it's taken back to the DPD depot and is held for 7 days before being returned to EE.
Deliveries to an EE store
If you’ve chosen to have your order delivered to an EE store, DPD will send you a text letting you know when it has arrived in store and is ready for collection, so please ensure you enter your correct mobile phone number when you check out.
When you come to pick up your order from the EE store, please make sure you bring a copy of your order confirmation email.
