Mobile Manager changes for December 2025
Mobile Manager has been updated to improve platform functionality. We’ve introduced a range of new features including a new layout for the admin section and a new self-service network feature.
New admin section
We’ve simplified the layout of the administration section. You can easily navigate it using tabs, meaning you won’t have to switch between pages when you use it.
The new admin page features the same functionality as the previous layout. However, managing your network services and managing SIMs are now only available through the services tab.
While you can still do everything you're used to, some steps may look a little different with the updated design. For more help and support, see our Mobile Manager user guides. There is a new guide for each tab in the admin section and also one for the services section.
Bar outgoing SMS
If you are an administrator, you can block phones from being able to send SMS messages.
You can do this using the ‘network services’ tab on the ‘services’ page. For more information, see the Manage your network services and phones user guide (PDF, 3MB).
Please note that this feature is only available for customers on Team, Shared, Custom or Individual plans.
