Mobile Manager changes for August 2025
Mobile Manager has been through some changes to improve some platform functionality. We’ve also introduced a range of new features including new functionality for deploying eSIMs and searching for SIM card numbers.
Deploy to Device (DTD)
We've enhanced the way you can install your eSIMs to your devices to get them up and running. As well as QR code scanning, if you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom, or Individual plans, you now have access to our Deploy to Device (DTD) functionality. This means that you can install eSIMs to your devices via DTD push or Mobile Device Management (MDM) installation using your device's EID number. To find out more, go to the user guide.
Deploy to Device (bulk)
You can now also complete these installations in bulk (for more than 10 phone numbers), making it easier for you to set up your devices. To find out more, go to the user guide.
SIM number search
If you’re on The Team, Shared, Custom, or Individual plans, you can now search for SIM numbers rather than just phone numbers and phone labels, making it easier to find your devices.
