Apple 5G offer
Double data promotion terms
The ‘5G double data promotion’ will have a starting tier of 10GB instead of 5GB per user on the following tariff plans:
- EE Team plan
- EE Corporate Capped 2 with aggregated data (minimum 250 users)
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must:
- Pass our credit checks;
- Not be in the Minimum Term for their current EE mobile plan
All other EE plans are excluded from 5G double data promotion
Promotion is valid for all orders placed until 31st December 2021.
Existing device trade in / buy back
Customers will enter into separate terms and conditions with ASECCA Limited for the trade in (buy back) of devices. The terms and conditions, including any payments due to customers, for trade in of devices are between the customer and ASECCA Limited.
The trade in (buy back) value of the devices that is quoted to you is dependent on device model and condition, subject to assessment of the device by ASECCA Limited and the final trade in (buy back) value will be lower for damaged, faulty or non-functioning devices.
Asecca trade in will include Blancco secure device data erase and certification (in accordance with ASECCA Limited’s terms and conditions) free of charge for all devices traded in and with a corresponding new device purchase and airtime connection from EE. Customers can choose a higher value secure data erase option, but BT will only cover the cost up to the value of the Blancco secure data erase and certification.
AFS leasing
Leasing is subject to customers meeting Apple Financial Services’ eligibility criteria and credit checks. Customers will enter into a separate leasing agreement with Apple Financial Services and will not own the iPhone device.
5G availability
5G is dependent on having a 5G enabled device and 5G coverage (see EE coverage); outside this connectivity will revert to 4G.
