What’s happening?
From 31 March 2026, we’re increasing the standard monthly charge of any price plans you have with us.
The level of increase will depend on your price plan and when you joined us or last upgraded, as outlined in your terms and conditions.
Price plans
If you took out or upgraded your plan on or before 1 September 2024
For business price plans purchased on or before 1 September 2024, the monthly price of your plan will increase by 7.3%.
This price increase is calculated using the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, which is at 3.4% as published by The Office for National Statistics on 21 January 2026. We then add an additional 3.9%.

If you took out or upgraded your plan on or after 2 September 2024
You will be subject to our pounds and pence increase.
- For business price plans purchased between 2 September 2024 and 18 November 2024, the monthly price of your plan will increase by £3 (excluding VAT).
- For business price plans purchased on or after 19 November 2024, the monthly price of your plan will increase by £3 (excluding VAT) for handset plans and by £1.50 (excluding VAT) for SIM only plans, mobile broadband, connected device plans, router and watch plans.

Add-ons and out of bundles charges
The price of selected add-ons and out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. You can learn more on our add-on and out of bundle 2026 price changes page.
