Phone trade-in
Save money and reduce your environmental impact

An easy way to get the latest mobiles for less
Ready for an upgrade? Whether you’re a new or existing EE Business customer, small businesses can trade in their old business phones and get money off new ones, applied as credits to your monthly bill.
It’s a quick and easy way of reducing your costs, while ensuring your employees have access to the latest devices. And you’ll be saving your old devices from going to waste, too. We work with our partner Likewize to securely refurbish or recycle your old devices.
By trading in your old phones, you’ll be giving your old tech a new lease of life. Most traded-in devices are securely wiped, then refurbished and used again, with the remainder being recycled responsibly. That means the precious metals and parts are used again, reducing your e-waste contributions and helping you to meet your sustainability goals.
How phone trade-in can help your business
If you're looking for new phones for your team that don't cost the earth, trading in your devices could be the answer.
-
Environmentally friendly
Old mobile devices being sent to landfill accounts for 10% of global electronic waste*. Trading in your devices diverts them from landfill, helping to create a more circular economy. In FY24, 96% of devices we collected were reused, with the rest recycled responsibly**.
-
Safe and secure
There’s no risk of anyone getting their hands on your data when you trade in. We securely wipe all devices before reselling, recycling or refurbishing, meaning no information can be retrieved from them.
-
Price Promise
Get the tech you want for less. And because we know that minor blemishes are part of life, our Price Promise means we won’t penalise you for them. Simply answer our grading questions, return your old device within 14 days, and we’ll honour the full trade-in value of your quote.
-
Quick and easy
It couldn’t be easier to return your old devices. Simply tell us about the condition of your devices and we’ll give you a valuation, then pop your old devices in our freepost bag, and we’ll apply the value to your bill to reduce your monthly payments.
