COMPENSATION FOR DELAYS IN SWITCHING AND PORTING
If there’s a delay in your new EE Business service, you can claim for compensation.
We offer compensation if we’re at fault for:
- delays to the start of your service
- delays moving your existing phone number to your new service – known as ‘porting’.
As an EE customer, you can claim for compensation by calling our Customer Service team on 150.
