CORPORATE YOUR PLAN AND SUPER SECURE PRICE INCREASE

Your Pay Monthly airtime tariff will be adjusted according to the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation. This rate is announced in August and your bill will be adjusted by this amount in October.

RPI is a widely recognized measure of the general level of inflation and several industries use it as a guide on whether to adjust prices, as well as by how much. For Business customers, RPI can impact all eligible mobile monthly line rental charges.

We use the RPI figure published by the Office for National Statistics for July 2020. The figure, published by the Office for National Statistics on 19th August 2020, is 1.6%.

Any bills you receive from 15^th October 2020 will show a 1.6% increase to some of the monthly recurring products on your account. For more detail on the price changes please see the table below or speak to your Account Manager.
