CORPORATE YOUR PLAN PRICE INCREASE
Your Pay Monthly airtime tariff will be adjusted according to the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation. This rate is announced in August and your bill will be adjusted by this amount in October.
RPI is a widely recognized measure of the general level of inflation and several industries use it as a guide on whether to adjust prices, as well as by how much. For Business customers, RPI can impact all eligible mobile monthly line rental charges.
We use the RPI figure published by the Office for National Statistics. The latest RPI figure was published on 15th August 2018 and is 3.2%.
If you joined or upgraded before 1st August 2018, you would have received a message from us telling you about the adjustment and how it impacts your contract.
Any bills you receive from 15th October 2018 will show a 3.2% increase to some of the monthly recurring products on your account. For more detail on the price changes please see the table below or speak to your Account Manager.
