Important information about purchases made on our site
By selecting a Service Plan above, you are expressing your interest in placing an order with EE. You will receive an email confirming the plan in which you have expressed an interest, and a member of our sales team will review your request and conduct a business credit-check.
We will contact you to discuss the Services and Equipment (if applicable) which you are interested in. We’ll call you on the number you have provided to discuss your order. No price or other information on our site is binding on us until we have accepted your order.
If this is a pre-order or your chosen Equipment is out of stock, we will aim to send your Equipment to you within 30 days of the launch date, or (if it was out of stock) within 30 days of your order. Sometimes this isn’t possible. If so, we will let you know and if you are unhappy to wait more than 30 days, you can cancel your order.
If you change your mind, you may cancel the Service and return any Equipment to us within 14 days from the date that your contract starts. You will still have to pay for any use that you have made of the Services during this time, and the Equipment must not be damaged when you return it to us.

Terms & conditions
On 31 March every year your monthly plan price will increase by £3 (ex VAT) for handset plans, and by £1.50 (ex VAT) for SIM Only plans, Mobile Broadband and Connected Device plans for each plan you take. This increase will apply during your plan minimum term as shown above, and also in following years. All out of bundle charges will increase by 5% on 31 March each year. Business Paired Plan: Subject to credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Upfront cost may apply depending on model. Smart Watch Plans are only available as a second line to new and existing Small Business Customers on a Pay Monthly or SIM only phone plan. If you cancel your phone plan you will no longer be able to use data or receive/make calls and texts on your Smart Watch. If you cancel your Smart Watch plan within the minimum period, a cancellation charge will apply. Smart Watch must be paired to a compatible handset on the EE network to use data and receive/make calls and texts in the UK on your Smart Watch using the allowance from your phone plan. While your Smart Watch is in proximity to your phone connected via Bluetooth, your Smart Watch will use the data allowance from your phone plan. 4G coverage required. Data is UK use only. How do I pair my device with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G?
- power on your device and download the Samsung Wearable app
- turn on your watch and open the Samsung Wearable app
- the app will prompt you to turn on your Bluetooth - you'll then get a notification on your watch and your device with a pairing code
- follow the steps to pair your device and watch then set up your mobile network on the Samsung Wear app to complete set up
- during the pairing of your devices ensure not to take either device out of proximity of the other or power off either device during set up.

Samsung Watch
To connect your Samsung Galaxy Watch, you’ll need an EE Business Pay Monthly phone plan and an Android phone with at least 1.5GB RAM, running Android 10.0 or later.
Use your watch for work and play
Share your data, minutes and texts from your EE Business Pay Monthly phone plan with your Samsung Galaxy Watch – even when your phone is out of range.
- To pair your Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, you’ll need an Android smartphone with more than 1.5GB RAM running Android 10.0 or later.
- To connect a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, you’ll need an Android smartphone running Android 8.0 or later
- For a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, you’ll need an Android smartphone running Android 6.0 or later, both with at least 1.5GB RAM.
You’ll also need the latest version of the Galaxy Wearable app to manage the features of your Samsung Galaxy Watch.
Network coverage
Samsung Galaxy Watch must be paired to an Android phone on the EE network. If it isn’t, you won’t be able to use data or receive/make calls and texts on your Samsung Galaxy Watch, as it won’t work on any other network.
Data allowance
All our business plans now have a 10GB data allowance and share minutes and texts from your phone, so you can use all your favourite business apps when you’re out and about – even when you don’t have your phone.
Your 4G Samsung Galaxy Watch needs to be added to the same EE account as the phone you want to use it with, so please make sure you are the lead name on the account.
