Who can qualify for the free six month Perkbox membership?
Only customers renewing or upgrading their existing EE membership will receive an activation code. This offer isn’t available to new customers or existing Perkbox members.
Will activating the free Perkbox membership affect the terms of my EE contract?
No, your free Perkbox membership won’t affect the terms of your EE contract.
How do I activate the free Perkbox membership?
You’ll receive an activation code via SMS, three to four days after renewing or upgrading your EE contract. Use this code to activate the free membership.
What happens at the end of the free membership?
You don’t need to do anything – the membership will end automatically. If you’d like to continue the membership, as a loyal EE customer, you’ll qualify for a 20% discount on the annual membership. Perkbox will send you email reminders with renewal instructions.
Are the licences transferable?
Yes, they are. If an employee leaves your company, you can assign their licence to another employee.
