BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the standard terms, conditions and pricing that may apply to EE and Orange business customers.
Network Terms
General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers V2.0 – effective from 30 October 2012
These terms and conditions apply to new EE business customers who have signed an “EE Business Agreement” with Everything Everywhere Limited from 30 October 2012 onwards. They do not apply to business customers who have agreed to terms with an authorised third party agent of EE. Business customers who signed a “Business Agreement” with Orange after 3 October 2011 will find their network terms in the Legacy Terms tab of this web page.
EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012
These terms and conditions apply to new EE and upgrading small business customers who have agreed to an EE “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards.
EE Broadband Network Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012
These terms and conditions apply to new and upgrading EE and Orange small business customers who have purchased ADSL or Fibre Broadband by signing a “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, agreed to those terms online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards.
Orange Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012
These terms and conditions apply to new and upgrading Orange small business customers who have agreed to a “Customer Information Form” for small business in a retail store, online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards.
