Network Terms

General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers V2.0 – effective from 30 October 2012

These terms and conditions apply to new EE business customers who have signed an “EE Business Agreement” with Everything Everywhere Limited from 30 October 2012 onwards.  They do not apply to business customers who have agreed to terms with an authorised third party agent of EE.  Business customers who signed a “Business Agreement” with Orange after 3 October 2011 will find their network terms in the Legacy Terms tab of this web page.

EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012

These terms and conditions apply to new EE and upgrading small business customers who have agreed to an EE “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards. 

EE Broadband Network Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012

These terms and conditions apply to new and upgrading EE and Orange small business customers who have purchased ADSL or Fibre Broadband by signing a “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, agreed to those terms online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards.

Orange Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business – effective from 30 October 2012

These terms and conditions apply to new and upgrading Orange small business customers who have agreed to a “Customer Information Form” for small business in a retail store, online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards.

Price Guides

Our Price Guides will be updated from time to time and will be published here.  Any changes take effect from the date of publication.  Details of Service Plans and Service Plan Add-Ons which are no longer available to new customers can be found in the relevant Legacy Price Guide.

EE Price Guide for Large Business

This Price Guide applies to all EE business customers who: (a) have more than 50 employees at time of contract; and/or (b) have contracted with, or had the benefit of their contract assigned to, Everything Everywhere Limited using one of the following types of contract: EE Business Agreement, Business Agreement, Orange Business Services Master Agreement, Orange Business Services Customer Agreement or Orange Business Agreement.  The EE Price Guide for Large Business was previously named the “Orange Business Price Guide”.

EE Price Guide for Small Business

This Price Guide applies to all EE small business customers who: (a) have less than 50 employees at time of contract; and/or (b) have contracted with Everything Everywhere Limited using the EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business.

Orange Price Guide for Small Business

This Price Guide applies to new and existing Orange small business customers who: (a) have less than 50 employees at time of contract; and/or (b) have contracted with Everything Everywhere Limited using the Orange Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business.

Non-Standard Price Guide for EE Large Business/Orange Small Business

Contains details of 09 premium rate numbers and other non-standard charges.  Applies to all EE large business customers and Orange small business customers.

Non-Standard Price Guide for EE Small Business

Contains details of 09 premium rate numbers and other non-standard charges.  Applies to all EE small business customers.

Legacy Price Guide for Business

This Legacy Price Guide is a reference guide for all EE business customers and Orange small business customers, detailing Service Plans and Service Plan Add-Ons which are no longer available to new business customers. 

Solution Terms

Our Solution Terms apply to EE business customers who have ordered a Solution from Everything Everywhere Limited from 30 October 2012.  The Solution Terms may be updated from time to time and will be published on this terms and conditions web page.  Any changes take effect from the date of publication.

Solution Update Terms

Our Update Terms Guides only apply to business customers who have contracted with, or had the benefit of their contract assigned to, Everything Everywhere Limited for a Solution using one of the following types of contract: Business Agreement (BA), Orange Business Services Master Agreement (OBSMA), Orange Business Services Customer Agreement (OBSCA) or Orange Business Agreement (OBA).

This Terms Guide applies to business customers who have contracted on an Orange Business Services Master Agreement, Orange Business Services Customer Agreement or Orange Business Agreement.

Solution Update Terms Guide (BA V1.0)

This Terms Guide applies to business customers who have contracted on a Business Agreement.

Additional terms and conditions which may apply to business customers as identified in their agreement with Everything Everywhere Limited.

Insurance and Warranty

Under these terms and conditions the Insurer provides insurance for customer devices and EE provides the warranty.

Ofcom General Condition 9.2 Additional Information

This document contains additional information relating to the Services provided by EE to business customers (a business who has greater than 50 employees) or who have signed an “EE Business Agreement” with Everything Everywhere Limited from 30 October 2012. Such additional information will be incorporated into your agreement where you have made a request for this information in accordance with Ofcom General Condition 9.2.

If you are an EE small business customer (a business who has less than 50 employees) or have agreed to an EE “Business service/upgrade agreement” in a retail store, online or over the phone with Everything Everywhere Limited or with one of our authorised third party agents from 30 October 2012 onwards then Additional Information in accordance with Ofcom General Condition 9.2 will be incorporated into your EE Pay Monthly Terms for Small Business.
